User Policy

Zoq and Rock is an online ticketing platform that connects event organizers with attendees.

Unless an event explicitly states that it is organized by Zoq and Rock, all events are managed by independent organizers who are solely responsible for their events.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms of Use.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date so we can deliver tickets and important notifications.

Any fraudulent activity, false payment submissions, impersonation, or unlawful use of the platform may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

Ticket payments are made directly to the event organizer using the payment details displayed on the event page.

Zoq and Rock does not receive, process, hold, or transfer ticket payments.

After completing payment, buyers must upload valid proof of payment for verification.

Bookings remain pending until the organizer verifies the submitted payment proof.

Always retain your payment receipt until the event has concluded.

Your ticket becomes available once the organizer successfully verifies your payment.

A confirmation email will be sent after verification is completed.

If your payment remains unverified for more than 24 hours, contact the organizer first. If the issue is not resolved, contact Zoq and Rock Support with your payment proof.

Each ticket contains a unique QR code that is valid for one successful entry only.

Sharing, copying, reselling without authorization, altering, or duplicating tickets is prohibited.

Fraudulent or invalid tickets may be cancelled without notice and access to the event may be denied.

Event-specific rules, including age restrictions, identification requirements, entry times, and prohibited items, are determined by the organizer.

Refund eligibility is determined by the organizer and displayed on the event page before purchase.

Where refunds are available, they are processed according to the Refund Policy.

If an event is cancelled, eligible buyers will receive a full refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

If an organizer changes the event date, venue, or schedule, affected ticket holders will be notified.

Refund payments are issued by the organizer, not by Zoq and Rock.

Zoq and Rock provides the platform used to list events, manage bookings, and verify tickets.

Event organizers are solely responsible for their events, including event management, scheduling, venue arrangements, and delivery of services.

Where complaints regarding payment verification or fraudulent activity are received, we may review the matter and take appropriate action against the organizer where justified.

Our liability is limited to the services provided through the platform and is subject to applicable law.

We collect information necessary to operate the platform, including your name, email address, phone number, city, and booking details.

Organizers may access buyer information only for managing ticket verification and event entry.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time as our platform or legal requirements change.

The version date shown on this page indicates the most recent update.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

ZOQ AND ROCK showcases artists with the purpose of promoting and representing Pakistani talent. Featuring an artist on our website, social media, or promotional platforms does not necessarily mean that ZOQ AND ROCK officially or exclusively represents that artist.

We may not have a direct representation agreement with every artist we showcase. However, if you are interested in booking a featured artist for your event, ZOQ AND ROCK can act as a third-party booking facilitator and coordinate with the artist or their authorized representative on your behalf.

Artist availability, booking fees, performance terms, and final confirmation are subject to the artist or their authorized representative’s approval. ZOQ AND ROCK’s role is to facilitate communication and coordinate the booking process between the event organizer and the artist, unless a separate written representation agreement exists.
